About This Program
Open mat isn't a class with a structured curriculum. There is no prescribed lesson plan and no coach leading from the front. It's an open space where you take initiative, whether you want extra reps, varied partners, or a calm training session.
I love regular classes, but Open Mat lets me slow down, drill with purpose, roll at my own pace, and truly understand positions. It's made a huge difference in my progress.
